Security Code vs Pin

When you first set up your account, we will send you a unique code – either to your phone number or email address (whichever one you used initially to collect your payment invitation from a business). This will be a 6 digit code and it lets us know that you are the correct person and that we can securely set your account to your phone number or email.

Once we have confirmed who you are, you can create a 4 digit PIN number that you will remember if you ever need to revisit your account to manage your payments or check your schedule.

So, in short – the 6 digit unique code we send to you, the 4 digit PIN number, you set for yourself!
